Notes on Application

1. The “Jockey Club Smart Ageing Hub” Experience Centre is free of charge.
2. All activities are conducted in a single language (Cantonese / English / Putonghua).
3. Registered schools (kindergartens / primary schools / secondary schools / post-secondary institutions / universities), non-profit organisations, and charitable organisations with 15 or more participants are eligible to apply, with a maximum group size of 30 persons.
4. All activities are by appointment only and applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. Each activity must be led by at least one representative from the school or non-profit organisation.
6. The guided tour lasts 1 hour.
7. Groups are required to provide the English name and email address of all visitors for registration. The name provided must match the visitor's identity document, otherwise university security may deny entry.
8. After submitting the application, the "Jockey Club Smart Ageing Hub" project team will contact you for confirmation and will send a QR code to the registered email address at least 24 hours before the visit. Visitors must present the QR code at any entrance gate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University for access.
9. During the visit, please follow the instructions of on-site staff.
