Attach the "Detachable Laser Indicator" to the user's mobility aid, such as a cane or walker, to allow the user to conduct walking training.
Procedure
Complete and submit the online application form.
Selected organizations will receive a notification email of successful application.
If many organizations meet the trial activity requirements, the project team will select the most suitable organizations to participate in the trial first.
Organizations not selected will automatically be included in the next round of selection and do not need to reapply.
The trial activity will continue to be implemented; organizations that have not received a successful application notification, please wait patiently.
Notes
Each application can only cover one designated elderly care unit/organization.
Applications with incomplete information or insufficient required details will not be processed.
Please provide all application details in the form to facilitate follow-up by the project team.
The information provided in the application form will determine your organization's priority for the trial activity.
If additional information is needed, the "Jockey Club Smart Age Hub" project team will contact your organization's representative.
All applications must be submitted via the online application form; applications submitted by other means will not be accepted.
The project team reserves the final right to decide on participation in this trial activity.
