The Second
International Postgraduate Conference on Infrastructure and
Environment was held at PolyU on 1-2 June 2010. The
conference attracted some 180 participants from 40
universities in 15 countries around the world, an important
growth of participation both locally and internationally as
compared with the first international conference held in
2009. A Conference Proceedings containing 122 papers was
