Burgundy Wine Tasting

As part of the LeFrench GourMay, the Food and Wine Academy is proud to host a wine tasting session in experience of this year's theme region - Burgundy.

Have you ever tried wine tasting experiences with an expert focus on the wonderful wines of the Burgundy? Learn how to enjoy renowned wines, how the region grapes are grown and how the wine making process affects the taste, the colour, the body of Burgundy wines.

Renowned Wine Educator, Communicator and Official Burgundy Wines Instructor, Mr. Ian Symonds will highlight selections from entry-level to premier level of wines to show different character and complexity of Burgundy under first class Vinoteca laboratory surroundings.

The Food and Wine Academy also has great pleasure introducing the following wines sponsored by Chateau Burgundy Limited:

Terms & Conditions: 1. Unless workshop is cancelled by the Food and Wine Academy (FWA), all payment received are non-refundable and no-shows will be charged full payment. 2. Payment must be made at least 3 days before the workshop and can only be refunded if cancellation is submitted via email at least 2 days before the workshop. 3. The FWA reserves the right to change any terms and conditions without prior notice. Any disputes relating to the workshop shall be decided by FWA, whose decision shall be final and conclusive. 4. Adverse Weather Arrangement: Workshop will be cancelled if Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or black storm warning is raised within 2 hours before the start of workshop. In case of cancellation due to adverse weather, full refund will be given.
