To celebrate PolyU's 70th Anniversary and HKSAR's 10th Anniversary, the University organized the large-scale "Flags of Harmony and Unity" activity on 23 September 2007. The cover story recounts how 21,726 members of the PolyU community joined hands to form the giant human PRC and HKSAR flags at Siu Sai Wan Sports Ground on that day.
