Formed by past recipients of the “Outstanding PolyU Alumni Award”, the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Association (OPAA) was officially established on 7 November. During the inauguration ceremony, Prof. Kenneth Pang Tsan-wing, President of the Association, announced the set up of the OPAA Scholarship Fund in supporting the University’s student development programmes.
