228 teams take up the Global Student Challenge

PolyU co-founds Chinese and European business schools alliance

The PolyU Innovation and Entrepreneurship Global Student Challenge, one of the University’s major initiatives to promote internationalization, innovation and entrepreneurship, attracted 228 teams from secondary schools and universities from 34 countries and territories this year.

After rounds of keen competition, the Gold Awards went to University of Dhaka, Bangladesh (University Division) and Hankuk Academy of Foreign Studies, South Korea (Secondary School Division). Tenologico de Monterrey – Campus Toluca, Mexico, and Hills Road Sixth Form College, UK, won the Best of the Best Elevator Pitch Award in their respective division.
