UK high achievers pick PolyU summer school

Challenging yet fun-filled PolyU summer camps

Two UK secondary school students, Mikaela Belcher and Ian Headley, winners of a competition promoting Hong Kong as a study destination organized by the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office in London, won a chance to experience university life in PolyU.

Out of the five winners of the competition, the above two chose to participate in PolyU’s summer programme on Chinese Language and Culture from 13 July to 10 August. They would have a taste of Putonghua and Chinese culture, engage in local cultural activities, and attend special cultural talks.
