PolyU honours outstanding staff

According to the “2011 Performance Ranking of Scientific Papers for World Universities”  announced by the Higher Education Evaluation and Accreditation Council of Taiwan, civil engineering research at PolyU has been ranked 5th in the world based on performance indicators for research publications. The field of civil engineering here is broadly defined to include Construction and Building Technology, Environmental Engineering, etc.
