The Independent Review Panel chaired by Dr York Liao, Chairman of Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications, has finished the review of PolyU’s subsidiaries, associates and jointly controlled entities in July and furnished PolyU with a report.
