Do You Know...

We are pleased to inform you that the SLMAP Student Profile Dashboards for Academic Advising have been released to all academic advisors in April 2023. These dashboards provide a comprehensive view of both academic and non-academic information about your advisees, presented through three interactive student dashboards: Academic Profiles, Admission Profiles, and Co-curricular and Financial Information (combined with major eAcademic information in SRS).

Demo Sessions

To ensure that all advisors are well-versed in the functionality and new features of the dashboards, we would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming demo sessions. During the demo, we will guide you through the navigation of student information in the dashboards, enabling you to better assist your advisees.

We also extend this invitation to departmental administrative staff to join the demo sessions, as their support is crucial to providing a comprehensive advising experience. 

Register by 19 March

We have scheduled three demo sessions to cater to different language preferences. The session details are as follows:

SLMAP Student Profile Dashboards Demonstration Sessions (Online via Zoom)

• Option 1: Thursday, 21 March 2024, 5:30 – 6:30 pm (English)
• Option 2: Tuesday, 26 March 2024, 2:30 – 3:30 pm (Cantonese)
• Option 3: Tuesday, 2 April 2024, 5:30 – 6:30 pm (English)

If you are interested in attending any of the demo sessions, please submit your preferred session via the Registration Form by Tuesday, 19 March 2024. We will share with you the meeting details closer to the date.

Your Support

Lastly, we kindly request departmental administrative staff to update the status of advisors, including inactivating any obsolete advisors, and ensure the accuracy of advisees mapping in SRS. This will facilitate advisors in viewing their respective advisees in the dashboards seamlessly.
