Course Objectives:
This course aims at introducing the legal requirement on the safe use of display screen equipment (DSE), basic knowledge on musculoskeletal problems associated with DSE users, use of DSE workstation in an ergonomically manner, and practical methods in carrying out DSE workstation assessment. Personnel who have completed this course are competent in performing risk assessment on DSE workstations.

Target Group(s):
All PolyU staff members who are interested in risk assessment associated with the use of display screen equipment and are delegated by their corresponding departments.
