Registration and Payment

Registration Fee:

Full Registration

Early Bird Rate: HK$2,000 (Register and pay on or before 8 May 2011) (closed)
Standard Rate: HK$2,500 (Register and pay after 8 May 2011)

Full registration fee includes:
1. One set of conference proceedings
2. Welcome cocktail reception on 12 July 2011
3. Refreshments
4. Lunches from 13-15 July 2011
5. Conference banquet on 14 July 2011

 

One Day Registration (Only available for non-authors and non-presenters)
One-day registration fee: HK$ 200
(cocktail reception, lunches, conference banquet and conference proceedings are not included)

 

Student Registration (Only available for non-authors and non-presenters)
Conference Attendance: Free of Charge
(cocktail reception, lunches, conference banquet and conference proceedings are not included)

Any full-time students (excluding authors and presenters) may attend the Conference free of charge if they have registered before the registration deadline.
You must send a scanned image of your current student I.D. card to the SGE-5 Conference Secretariat by email at clsge5@inet.polyu.edu.hk
before the registration deadline. The seat is not transferable.

Additional Conference Proceedings
Fee:HK$ 300


An attendance certificate will be provided upon receiving your request.

An invitation letter will be sent to you upon receiving your request and registration fee.

Registration and Payment Deadline: 30 June 2011 (extended for non-presenters/non-authors)

Please be reminded to write the following details at the back of your cheuqe or bankdraft for verification:

If you pay the registration fee by bankdraft or cheque, you can collect your receipt at the registration desk of the conference venue.


2) Payment by Online Visa/Master Card (Only HK$ will be accepted)

On the online payment system, please select

Please make sure you select a correct event in the Event Payment Menu.

The system will send a payment acknowledgement email to you if you have provided a correct email address.
If you do not receive the payment acknowledgement email, please let us know by email clsge5@inet.polyu.edu.hk.

Subject to actual payment capture, the payment acknowledgement email is regarded as official receipt.
No separate printed copy of official receipt would be sent to the payer. 
You are advised to keep the payment acknowledgement email for record.

  2. The Conference Secretariat will confirm the registration upon receipt of the registration fee.
  3. The organizer reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever.
  4. The programme is subject to change without prior notice.
  5. We regret that no refund will be made.
  6. Participants are advised to take out their own insurance policies. The organizer is not responsible for or liable for any claims whatsoever caused.
