Biographical Sketch

Dr Chea-su Kee graduated in Optometry from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He obtained his Masters and PhD degrees from the City College of New York and University of Houston respectively. Before returning to the School of Optometry, Dr. Kee was an Assistant Professor of Physiological Optics of the New England College of Optometry.

The research interests of Dr Kee are the factors affecting normal and abnormal refractive error development, and mechanisms underlying refractive development using animal models. He has published in international journals, including Vision Research, and Investigative Ophthalmology and Vision Science.

From 1999 to 2002, Dr Kee was awarded the William C. Ezell Fellowship by the American Optometric Foundation.
 
Dr Kee teaches Clinical Optometry and Ophthalmic Dispensing.
