Amusement parks attract lots of visitors every year. More innovative attractions create another type of experience for the visitors. Some people believe technology is the key to the amusement park's future. Therefore, this report aims to prove this statement by understanding the decisive factors for amusement parks to attract visitors and the change created by the technology. AISAS framework is used to analyse customer behaviours. The Input-Progress-Output model is used to understand the characteristics of current technology trends. Based on the finding while proving the statement, this report gives some suggestions and reminders for the innovative departments in the amusement park industry to build more possibilities for amusement parks in the future.
