As a matter of fact, there are more and more people suffering from chronic diseases at a younger age. Office workers, especially, seldom monitor their health which may result in an insufficient understanding of health and may cause irreversible consequences.

Targeting the busiest office workers, who are currently experiencing pain points of Physical Fitness tracking such as fear of trouble, difficulties in usage, abstruse data, and failure to obtain a comprehensive result, four key criteria were confirmed: ubiquitous reminder, intuitive use, contextualised interpretation, and personal goal setting.

The design solution consists of both physical and digital products that cover four processes in the health tracking flow, including:
- Goal setting: we embrace goals as a motivator for data collection;
- Tracking data: we use intuitive and user-friendly design to reduce mental burden;
- Visualising performance: we generate visual interpretation by comparing data to personal goals, and
- Data analysis displays goal progress for long-term self-evaluation.

Finally, by demonstrating the final design to six target users, it validated that intuitive and ubiquitous was achieved, and metaphor was proved as a successful way to increase users' intention in tracking.

An increasing number of people suffer from chronic diseases at a younger age. Office workers, especially, seldom monitor their health which may cause irreversible consequences.
fit:me is a set of easy-to-use physical fitness examination tool to trigger office workers' initiative in personal health tracking.
The design solution includes 4 tangible tools, 1 digital display base, and a corporate mobile app that cover 4 processes in the health tracking flow.
