In the city, people always do things according to rules, purposes and interests, and tend to ignore their intuitive feelings. To awaken people's senses, the study began with people with sensory loss and considered how the loss of one or two senses would affect the choice of life habits, from sensory loss to cherishing. This process may allow people to rediscover what they have, revive their feelings and experience the world.

The design is on an island dominated by the senses, people can experience a world of sensory deprivation (on the other hand, individual sensory enhancement), what it would be like if you to read, communicate, and eat there. The five basic sensory experiences will occupy the whole Kau Yi Chau Island, sometimes one sense would be emphasised and others would be weakening. From the underground to the ground and to the air, the transition from the spiritual world to the material world will be formed. The rest of the feelings are interspersed throughout the island in different forms, under specific conditions, such as time, climate, festivals, etc. Like a putter game, the possible combinations are plentiful.

To encourage approaching people with different sensory abilities from different perspectives, and that they can engage with each other in a harmonious way.
To classify senses and elements by taxonomic tree and long gallery.
The explorer to create their journey by wills and the conditions when the proportions of the elements and cognitive cycle determine the journey.
To have a certain imagination space and fuzzy stage in many places, from sensory cognition to ultimately uplifting emotion, the island also elevates physically to spiritually.
