Master of Design in PolyU is a famous course in the local industry and well-known globally. I am a rigorist. I always remind myself to uphold high quality and standard in my profession. To improve my skills and knowledge in the industry, keep learning new things and advance myself with new vision are necessary, there is no better way to accomplish this than to pursue Design Strategies (MDes) programme which will provide me with in-depth theoretical knowledge in integrating design, technology and business.

A well-designed product can benefit people, help them solve problems, attain their goals, and even positively influence human behaviour. I fall in love with user-centred design. Shifting between a part-time student and a full-time designer taught me the role of design is to create value to users.

After completing my Bachelor's degree, I started working as a user experience designer in a global digital agency. I was involved in wide-ranging design projects related to marketing and technology, such as walking tour app for Ngong Ping 360. The other project, Toyota's campaign site, was awarded as Excellence at Asia E-Commerce Awards 2019. This experience was eye-opening. I also gain recognition for my design concept and thought process from my colleagues and clients, which gave me a sense of achievement.

After graduation, I want to establish my brand and design studio soon. I'm eager to work together with people who share the belief of delivering innovative products to clients and meeting their needs. My goal is to lead the team with the core value to solve real-world problems for people and raise public awareness about the importance and value of creative industries.
