Summary
Curatorial text
How should we respond to the changing social, environmental, cultural, and living contexts of the 21st century? How can design research fully understand people's needs? How does design thinking reconstruct patterns? How do different design approaches encourage entrepreneurship? How does design technology shape innovation? How can design systems revive ecology? How can design strategies predict the future? How does design integrate art and science? How can design protect the Earth?
"Form follows Innovation" exhibits 20 innovative works representing 20 completely different Hong Kong stories. They have examined the complex relationship between design and innovation behind the application of science and technology. In the exhibition space on the first floor of Central Market, we invite the public to experience the diverse and infinite spectrum of creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Hong Kong.
