are doing cardio, weight, quickness, power, agility, balance training all in 1 class.

Online enrollment between 19 and 25 February 2026. Lots will be drawn if there are too many participants enrolled.
A confirmation email will be sent to successful applicants on 26 February 2026. Unsuccessful applicants will NOT be informed.
Taking Photographs or Videos in the programme
The Counselling and Wellness Section (Sports Development) of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University may take photographs / video in this event and use such images in publicity or marketing activities. The recorded images will be handled by CWS (Sports Development) according to the prevailing policy of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
