Being psychologically fit will help us overcome hurdles encountered in life. Mental Health Caring Project aims at:

  • Promoting the general awareness of the importance of mental health on campus;
  • Enhancing the psychological wellness of the PolyU community and
  • Equipping participants with basic knowledge about mental health and the way to cope with mental health issues.

A wide variety of topics on mental health and psychological well-being will be covered through talks, workshops, trainings, educational activities and exhibition. Launched throughout the year, these programme are meant for both students and staff on campus.
