Group Six: Brighten Up with Turkish Mosaic Lamp
This Turkish mosaic lamp workshop aims to improve the mental health of our students by providing them with a relaxing and focused environment to make their own lamps. Each participant can design the lamp to their liking or follow a sample design that contains different life blessings and wishes, such as love and health. Students can benefit from this workshop from stress relief through beautiful crafting art. Turkish snacks and tea will also be provided for interested participants to create a more motiving and relaxing environment.

Group Seven: To Love, Be Loved
You can take photos with your friends through our photo booth. We will provide over 50 photo tools, such as cute cartoon headbands /dolls, etc. Here, you may also print photos for your families, friends and pets, then take your favourable DIY photo frame; finally give it to your beloved ones for savouring memorable moments.

Group Eight: Fill the Colour, Feel the Heart!
The project aims to improve participants' concentration and relieve stress by painting different plaster models under the same theme. Participants will communicate and exchange their ideas with each other during the workshop.

Group Nine: Cake Off Your Healthy Diet (Vegan Baking)
The Dorayaki baking workshop will take place at M21 (to be confirmed). In this workshop, our team members will teach you how to cook Dorayaki in a healthy way (We use vegan baking!). After the workshop, students can have fun and relax through the process of cooking desserts amid their hectic days and find an easy way to start their healthy lifestyle.

Group Ten: Making Your Own Magic Conch
This project aims to facilitate PolyU students to build awareness of little blessings in life and the habit of being grateful. There will be a physical booth and an online quiz. During the physical booth, students will decorate their magic seashells to explore and treasure their grateful moments. Also, the online quiz intends to enhance students’ understanding of the benefit of practising gratitude.

Group Eleven: Resources Kits to Promote Mental Health and Wellbeing
We have prepared two care kits for you. First is a mood booster bag made for anyone who might need a bit of positivity. Items are candy, fidget toys and more. Second is the period pack, which includes pads, tampons, wet napkins, and more essentials needed during that time of the month.

Group Twelve: Cake O'Clock
Were you ever aware that you are in a fast-paced environment and forgot to live in the moment? This project aims to provide you with distress and mindful moments through cake-making! Come to enjoy your relaxing moment and step away from your daily routine in this workshop!
