The Alumni Career Sharing Night (Management Trainee/Graduate Trainee) was successfully held on 24 October 2019 at Alumni Atrium, Core A of PolyU. A total of 18 young alumni from 15 leading companies and over 80 students participated in the event. The alumni were very happy to share their experience and knowledge especially of hunting for management trainee positions with the participating students.
Management trainees are new recruits of leading companies, which aim to groom them for management positions. The sharing event was a good networking platform for students to get practical advice on the preparation for job interviews.
