簡歷

Winser博士現任職於香港理工大學康復治療科學系擔任副教授(物理治療),並專注於物理治療神經康復。他於紐西蘭奧塔哥大學完成博士學位。Winser博士在獲得物理治療學士學位後,便在印度基督教醫學院附屬康復中心 (The Rehabilitation Centre of Christian Medical College, India) 擔任臨床物理治療師,該中心為亞洲其中一間專門脊髓和腦外傷康復的最佳機構。期後於攻讀碩士時,他獲取了「Best performance in Neurosciences in Physiotherapy」的金獎。Winser博士完成碩士學位後,他在馬來西亞的Masterskill University出任物理治療講師。

Winser博士是香港小腦萎縮症協會(HKSCAA)的委員會成員、香港理工大學康復治療科學系季刊《Impact》的編輯及多個同行評議期刊的評審員。Winser博士對教學及研究有濃厚興趣,他曾於2014年在美國北卡羅來納洲舉行的「美國物理治療協會」研討會中,獲得神經學部分的「Special Recognition Poster」。Winser博士的主要研究重點是針對神經系統疾病患者和老年人的平衡干預和預防跌倒計劃的經濟評估。 他的學術文章亦曾於多份國際期刊中刊登,當中包括《Clinical Rehabilitation》、《Disability and Rehabilitation》、《Clinical Journal of Pain》 及 《Physical Therapy》。
