简历

许博士于英属哥伦比亚大学毕业并获得康复治疗科学博士学位。其后,许博士取得加拿大卫生研究院(CIHR)的研究奖学金,在享负盛名的哈佛医学院Hinda and Arthur Marcus老龄化研究所接受博士后培训。

博士主要利用磁共振成像来进行他的工作。他的研究兴趣包括:1) 了解功能障碍的潜在神经基础,以及其与老年临床人群的认知和活动能力的关系;2) 识别并评估与中枢神经系统相关的干预措施,藉此促进临床人群的认知和活动能力。具体来说,博士结合使用先进的神经影像技术来检查认知功能和活动能力受损的神经特征,并研究如何通过特定的干预措施来调节这些受损情况。博士曾与各类临床人群工作,包括患有中风、轻度认知障碍和行动不便的老人。
