简历

梁博士于香港理工大学获得哲学博士学位。在加入本系担任助理教授前,她于澳洲拉筹伯大学及香港中文大学接受博士后培训,并于2018至2021年期间在香港中文大学担任研究助理教授,从事运动科学及复康的教学及研究工作。

梁博士一直致力研究肩部疼痛的成因,并探索有效的治疗方法以减轻疼痛,提升肩部功能,并改善生活及心理质素。梁博士的研究兴趣包括肌肉骨骼疾患的复康运动训练、运动生物力学以及肌肉骨骼超声波。

梁博士积极参与社区服务,走进社区中心宣传肩膀健康,创办「肩强行动」,为长者提供谘询和肩膀检查,以达致及早预防和及早治疗肩痛问题的目标。
