The personal particulars provided in this form will solely be used by the University for the purpose of processing your registration for the captioned briefing. All information provided will be handled in compliance with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and destroyed one month after the event. You may refer to here for the Privacy Policy Statement of PolyU. You have the right to request access to and correct your information held by us. The University reserves the right to use any photographs/ videos taken at the event in our printed and online publicity or in any other ways, without the expressed written permission of individuals included within the photographs/ videos (for physical event only).
