PolyU Former Staff Network Membership Form

 

Please fill in the information below to become a member of the PolyU Former Staff Network (FSN), and note the following before registration:

  1. All former staff of PolyU are welcome to join the Former Staff Network (FSN). FSN aims to promote connections and exchanges among members of the network and with PolyU, and to offer diverse recreational and social activities to enrich members' enjoyment of life.  
  2. Core members of the organising group organise and guide the FSN’s activities, while the PolyU Alumni Affairs Office co-ordinates the FSN's affairs. Members should be mindful of their own safety when participating in the activities and any related risks.
  3. Members are asked to ensure that all FSN-related activities be conducted in accordance with Hong Kong laws (including the National Security Law), and do not cause any direct or potential harm to the reputation of PolyU or the FSN.
