Submission of Proposal

- The proposal should be concise with no more than 10 A4 pages in text, and a total of no more than 15 pages with diagrams/ photos (excluding the cover page). The font size should be at 12 in either English or Chinese in PDF format.

- Please combine all your documents to upload as a Single PDF file here. 

- Please use the following format to name your file: 

- File name: Proposal_school name (e.g. Proposal_Chinese YMCA College)

 

Remarks:

  1. Maximum upload size for each file is 8 MB.
  2. Application will be processed only when ALL information and proposal are completed and uploaded to the online application system before the deadline.
  3. PolyU reserves the right not to process any proposals exceeding the page limit.
