Booking and Regulations

Please read the rules and regulations governing the use of the Alumni Atrium and booking procedures.

• Accompanied staff, alumni and students are welcome.

• Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance.

• The applicant is required to obtain prior consent from AAO for moving or re-arranging any furniture and audio-visual items in the booked venue.

• Food and drinks shall not be permitted unless prior consent has been obtained from AAO. No alcoholic drink is allowed even AAO has given consent for serving food and drinks.
