EIE Alumni Network Sign-up

In order to keep in contact with our students after their graduation, the Department would like to collect the contact information of our fresh graduates. The personal email addresses and mobile numbers collected from students will be forwarded to the Alumni Affairs Office (AAO) of PolyU for updating the contact information in the University’s alumni database.
