1. Subject to the provisions of this notice, your submitted postcard and all its content, information, or material is the copyright of Office of Undergraduate Studies, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, together with its licensors.
2. Except to the extent permitted by the applicable copyright law (including but not limited to Cap. 528 Copyright Ordinance of the Hong Kong SAR), any form of commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution of your postcard is hereby prohibited during the competition.
3. You may not, except otherwise with prior permission and express written consent by the Office of Undergraduate Studies, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, copy, download, print, extract, exploit, adapt, edit, modify, republish, reproduce, rebroadcast, duplicate, distribute, or publicly display any of the content, information, or material for non-personal or commercial purposes, except for any other use as permitted by the applicable copyright law.
4. However, you are permitted to copy the content, information, or material of your submitted postcard for personal use, educational use of individual third parties, government use, or any other use permitted under the applicable copyright law while acknowledging the hosting body (Office of Undergraduate Studies, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University).
5. Subject to our terms & conditions, you are not permitted to submit postcard containing contents copyrighted by third parties. Pursuant to the Cap. 528 Copyright Ordinance of the Hong Kong SAR, the hosting body (Office of Undergraduate Studies, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University) will respond to remove any abusive or infringing contents upon requirement by copyright owners.
