Eligibility Requirements 申請資格:

  • The Applicant must be an enterprise leader holding a top position such as Chairman, Director, Founder, Chief Executive Officer or General Manager.
  • The enterprise managed by the Applicant must have an average annual turnover of HK$50M or more in the past three years; or the enterprise must have been in operation for at least three years with a net profit of HK$5M in the last year. The Applicant must complete Financial Declaration in this form.
  • If the enterprise managed by the Applicant focuses on areas closely related to The Hong Kong Polytechnic University's research interests, or if the Applicant has an outstanding reputation or leadership in the industry or has made significant contributions to the industry, the Financial Declaration may be waived upon nomination by the President and endorsement by three Executive Committee members.
  • 申請人須為企業領袖，並擔任企業最高管理層職位，例如主席、董事、創辦人、行政總裁或總經理。
  • 申請人所管理之企業須符合以下其中一項條件：於過去三年之平均年度營業額達港幣五千萬元或以上；或企業已營運最少三年，並於上一財政年度錄得不少於港幣五百萬元之純利。申請人須填妥本表格「財務資料申報」部分。
  • 如申請人所管理之企業業務範疇與香港理工大學之研究重點密切相關，或申請人在業界享有卓越聲譽或領導地位，並對業界作出重大貢獻，則可在理事棋長提名並經三位執行委員會成員支持下，豁免提交財務資料申報

Step 3. Mail a crossed cheque at HK$ 5,400, made payable to “The Hong Kong Polytechnic University” to CEO Club Secretariat Office at QR702, 7/F, Core R, The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Hunghom, Kowloon
