Kace obtained her Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Product Engineering with Marketing from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She joined PolyU in 2015, working in the Chinese Mainland Affairs office in supporting pioneer global youth leadership programme and varies offshore student projects. She joined the Global Youth Leadership Institute from its establishment in 2016 in assisting strategic youth leadership programmes that cross-institutional, disciplinary and national borders.

She joined the Service-Learning and Leadership Office in 2019, and works in coordinating student programmes, providing supports to faculty members in planning, executing, and assessing Service-Learning projects; supporting student-initiated projects and coordinating External voluntary opportunities.

She is experienced in leading student projects to Kyrgyzstan, Israel, Vietnam and multiple provinces in mainland China, and a certified Outbound Tour Escort.

Kace is also the tutor and senior tutor in PolyU Student Halls since she joined PolyU in 2015 until July 2018.
