“Navigate Your Future: PolyU Orientation Info Day 2023” was successfully held on 30 August 2023 (Wednesday), comprising a welcome session by President Teng and an Orientation Showcase to allow freshmen to explore student development opportunities and services available at PolyU.

Thank you for the enthusiastic support, and we wish your journey at PolyU to be filled with exciting opportunities, personal growth and memorable experiences!
At the beginning of the event, President Teng extended a warm welcome to all new PolyU students and introduced them to the Central Management Team, Deans of various Faculties and Schools and the range of university support services. The occasion then followed by inspirational speeches by an awardee of PolyU Outstanding Young Alumnus of 2022, Mr James O, and some current students, together with a dance performance by our students and music performance by PolyU Orchestra and Choir.

During the Orientation Showcase, thousands of students stopped by the around 60 booths on-site to explore the University’s support services, programmes and co-curricular activities provided by our administrative units, student organisations, interest clubs and more. Everyone had so much fun in the booth games!
