50 non-local students had joined the Tai O Trip on 28 Oct 2023 organised by Non-local Student Services Team to explore the local culture and meet other PolyU new students!
The students visited stilt houses, finished the hiking at Fu Shan with local meal at a Chinese restaurant nearby. They also got to know more about locally-prepared delicacies - shrimp pastes production and had a great time in making salted egg yolks together!
