Promotion Materials/Table Stands Display Requisition Form

Please complete the following requisition form and submit a sample of your Table Stand Display for the Catering Committee’s endorsement at least one week prior to your promotion period.  Check booking availability here.

 

Guidelines for Displaying Promotional Materials/Table Stands in Catering Outlets

 

  1. The following catering outlets are available for PolyU students association, PolyU departments and offices to display promotional materials of PolyU related activities.

  1. At any one time, a maximum of two promotional items will be allowed to display at the Student Canteens and Hall Canteens; while only one will be allowed at the other outlets.

 

  1. Applicant is allowed to reserve for a maximum period of TWO weeks for not more than THREE outlets, subject to availability.

 

  1. Applicants should submit the Promotional Materials/Table Stands Display Requisition Form with a sample of the promotional material to the Catering Committee for endorsement at least one week in advance.

 

  1. Applicants should be responsible for displaying the promotional materials/table stands on the first day of the period requested. Applicants should collect the materials within three working days after the approved period finished. If not, all materials will be disposed. Caterers will not be responsible for any damages or loss of the materials displayed and shall have the right to dispose the materials without prior notice.
