Dr Lee is the founder and CEO of Bridgeway Prime Shop Fund Management Ltd., Hong Kong’s first SFC-licensed asset management company dedicated to shop property investment and development. Since founding Bridgeway in 2001, he has built the company into a leading property fund manager and has purchased over 170 street shops in Hong Kong, valued over HK$5 billion. His long-term goal is to buy 1000 street shops in Hong Kong. His innovative ‘Retail Shop Fund’ business model has reshaped Hong Kong’s commercial real estate investment landscape, making shop investments more accessible to professional investors.

From 2013 to 2019, Dr Lee served as Director of the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. Earlier, in 2010 he became the youngest and first non-American Chair of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). His many accolades include the Young Entrepreneur Award (2010) at the Hong Kong Business Awards presented by DHL/South China Morning Post, and awarded one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Hong Kong in 2011.

Dr Lee holds a DBA from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and both a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master of Accounting from the University of Southern California. He has also completed the Owner/President Management Program at Harvard Business School. An active industry advocate, Dr Lee shares his expertise through social media and seminars, promoting public awareness of Hong Kong’s street shops and fostering knowledge transfer in retail shop investment.
