Nicole joined the Hong Kong Polytechnic University after receiving her PhD in Marketing from the University of Maryland. Her main research interest is to understand the role of signaling in consumption. In particular, her research aims to help consumers make purchase decisions that align with their signaling motivations and for marketers to effectively help consumers reach their signaling goals.
