Pansy has worked in the field of higher education since 2004, serving as Programme Manager, Instructor, Project Manager and Post-doctoral Fellow in various institutions.  Her research focuses are on entrepreneurship, social networks, business sustainability and corporate social responsibility.  She is now working on a research handbook on business sustainability and longitudinal research projects on entrepreneurs’ social networks and corporate environmental management.  She is a co-investigator of the GRF’s project “Assessing Ecological Modernization in China: A Longitudinal and Comparative Study of Stakeholder Demands and Corporate Environmental Management Practices” (2012/13).  
Pansy teaches subjects on Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Management for Business and China Business Management in 2012/13.
