Dr CS Cheung, Associate Professor of Department of Mechanical Engineering has just received the Faculty Award in Research and Scholarly Activities – Merit Award (Individual).
Dr Cheung is a leading researcher in the areas of combustion and air pollution control. He has very strong ties with industry and mainland universities. Other than research and scholarly activities, he has also excelled in teaching and contributed to department administration.
The awards are established to encourage and recognise excellent practices in teaching and research and scholarly activities. Winners of the awards demonstrate high level of professionalism and dedication in their respective areas and have contributed to the achievements of the Faculty.
