Dr Tat Leung CHAN, Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, has recently been elected as a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (FIMechE), United Kingdom.
Fellowship is the highest class of membership of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, recognising the exceptional individual commitment to mechanical engineering.

As of September 2014, four academics in our Department have been elected as Fellows of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. They are Chair Professor Li CHENG, Professor Chun Wah LEUNG, Professor Alan Kin Tak LAU and Dr Tat Leung CHAN, respectively.
