成立于2011年，理大微型基金计划是理大首个种子基金计划，旨在培养理大社群的创新和创业气氛，以促进理大的知识转移和科技商业化。计划为每个获批初创企业提供最高12万港元的基金及孵化前的创业支持，致力推动初创企业实践高质素的商业计划，对社会产生正面影响。

Modelled after similar programmes from the US National Science Foundation I-Corps and Lean LaunchPad Singapore, Lean Launchpad Programme (LLP) is a 5-week evidence-based journey that helps research and start-up teams uncover the market and application potential of their research and project through rigorous market validation and guidance from experienced industry mentors.
