The University Portal (myPolyU) is PolyU’s intranet portal website customized independently for students and staff to locate essential systems & information for carrying out different activities during their study /work life at the University. Departments /units of the University will also promote important upcoming events and latest themes targeted to students and /or staff in myPolyU.This service (myPolyU) provides students and staff with a one-stop gateway for personalized access to essential information and electronic services for different activities such as learning, teaching, research, administration, student & staff wellbeing. Staff and students can access a variety of useful information such as upcoming University events, University and departmental news & announcements.

  • Level 4 – Service Request Resolution Time: N/A

All Incident are classified as level 0 to 4 depending on its impact & urgency.
