41 classrooms in the University have been deployed with prevailing Smart Panels for class activities. Staff and students can share the screen of their notebooks / mobile devices with others via Smart Panel in the classroom with a few clicks.
Follow the steps for installation of Ideashare app to allow sharing of screen from your mobile device/notebook to Smart Panel in classroom:
- Install ‘Ideashare’ software / mobile app
- Turn on Wi-Fi and connect to ‘PolyUWLAN’
- Launch ‘Ideashare’
- Enter the eight-alphabet display code shown on the Smart Panel screen and then click ‘Connect’
- With the device connected to the Smart Panel, click ‘Share Screen’
