To facilitate alumni to participate in various face-to-face events on PolyU campus, an Alumni Campus Access Registration Application has been released for use by alumni to self-register and obtain one-day campus access QR code. The application can be accessed by alumni via https://polyu.hk/UjYdT.
(Update as of March 2023, please access Alumni Campus Access Registration (ACAR) to obtain a campus access QR code.)
For students graduated this year, you can also leverage this application to obtain a one-day QR code to access campus for graduate parchment or transcript pick up.
Alumni will need to use ‘LeaveHomeSafe’ mobile app to scan campus entrance venue QR code and present their blue Vaccine Pass QR code to security guard for checking after going through the campus entrance with the one-day QR code.
