The user interface of LEARN@PolyU has been updated in late May to provide students and teaching staff with a consistent user experience across devices with different form factors.

New features:

Features Students Teaching Staff
 Activity Streams A consolidated view of all enrolled subjects in the current semester with priority. The most important and urgent task is placed on the top of the stream for immediate attention.
 Navigation Responsive Design

Presentation/layout of course materials adapts to the screen size of user device automatically. The materials will always look consistent no matter students access with web browsers from desktop, notebook, tablet or via Blackboard Mobile App from smart phone.

Courses

The navigation view of existing courses remains intact (original course view) after the software update. Instructors can find all familiar functions and features located in the course.
 Grade A consolidated view of the grades of all currently enrolled subjects. The subjects with grade required attention are highlighted. A consolidated view on all submissions/ assignments from students. Submission/assignments which need to be graded first will be prioritized and placed on the top of the list. The grading process is streamlined for instructors to work with better efficiency. Report for additional information like the progress of students doing their assignments can be generated to spot students with difficulties easily.
