PolyU participated in the Global Food Safety Conference 2018 (GFSC 2018) to gain insights from different countries' approach to food safety and explore collaboration opportunities. GFSC is a unique annual event bringing together over 1,000 leading food safety specialists from over 50 countries to advance food safety globally.
