Invited by Huizhou Association of Enterprises with Foreign Investment, KMIRC delivers a customized training on "KM in Enterprises" on 16 and 23 July 2016 at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Huizhou, China.
This training covers the topics of Introduction of KM, Case Studies and Organizational Learning. Several exercises are conducted during the talk including a game to open and explore our mental model. The training is well received by the participants.
