THE Delegation Visit to PolyU

Prof. Jin-Guang TENG, President of PolyU hosted a luncheon for a Times Higher Education (THE) delegation led by Ms Simone DILENA, President of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APAC), THE on 19 June 2023. Prof. Christopher CHAO, Vice President (Research and Innovation) and Institutional Planning and Analytics Office (IPAO) representatives also attended the luncheon.

During the event, Prof. Teng shared with THE delegates some of the latest PolyU developments, including the University’s recent achievements and strategic planning in respect of professional education, research, and knowledge transfer and entrepreneurship. THE representatives provided an update on their series of international events which engage leaders from the higher education sector globally. Prof. Teng and THE delegates also had a fruitful discussion on the upcoming ranking exercises.
